Phoenix Communication was founded by Didier & Olivia Le Calvez. We are a public relations firm specialising in international luxury travel and lifestyle PR.

Our area of expertise is the travel, spa & restaurants. We are specialists in the French media.

Phoenix Communication PR’s team works very closely with clients, tailoring each campaign, to the point that they often start to see us as an ”in-house” resource rather agency.

Services

Ré-Management participates in the repositioning and the creation of luxury hotel projets in collaboration with the world’s greatest architects.

  • Strategy and PR Plans: Driving and leading on strategy for hotel brands or adapting existing PR strategies to deliver on key objectives.
  • Press office function: Media monitoring, coverage evaluation, tailored target media lists, press release distribution, tailored and personalized media outreach, travel trade and consumer forward features, briefing documents etc.
  • Content Creation: Consumer and trade press releases, press kits and other content. Ability to adapt tone for specific media, as well as regionalize press releases
  • Press Visits: Coordination of media visits for top tier press including invitations, itineraries, follow-up etc. Organizing and hosting group press trips where appropriate.
